This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") was developed by DAM Technologies Inc., herein referred to as DAM. This Policy indicates our commitment to the highest level of integrity when interacting with you, our valued Customers and Business Affiliates. BY ACCESSING AND USING THIS SITE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND CONSENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Your continued use of the website after any such modification indicates your acceptance of the modified policy. You may also Opt-Out of Marketing Communications from DAM by sending an email to [email protected] . Please include the email address of the account and the first and last name of the account owner. We may contact you for clarifications as part of this process.

How We Obtain Information about You
We may obtain information about you from various sources and by various means. Specifically, we may obtain information about you:• |
When you voluntarily create a profile on the DAM website.
When you create a profile on the DAM website, we collect your name, email,
alternate email, company name, address, telephone number, and Xactnet ID.
We will also obtain credit card payment information but we do not save that
information, and we pass it on to Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

mandatory and as such, if not provided, will prevent DAM from being able to
fulfill your order.

When you submit an order on the DAM website. When you place an order with us online, we collect your name, email, telephone number, address for roof sketch requested and the date of loss. Website usage. Some information is automatically captured when you access the Website. This information may include type of web browser used, type of operating system you are using, the domain name of your Internet service provider, and other similar information that does not identify you personally. At this time, we do not use cookies to collect information. Cookies, which are small pieces of information that are stored by a user’s web browser on the hard drive of a user’s computer, ‘remember’ what information a user accesses on a website to simplify subsequent interactions. DAM may use cookies in the future. At that time, this Policy will be update to reflect such. DAM would only collect “session” cookies which are erased when you complete your session and log off.

Personal Information, such as name, email address, phone number, and order information such as claim number and name and date of loss, which you have given to DAM via the Website, is used solely for the purpose of normal business processes, which include enabling your participation in activities on our systems, providing our offerings and services to you, confirming your identity, enforcing our systems policies and terms of service and investigating potential violations of such policies or terms, fulfilling an order that you place through our systems, processing payment for any purchase made through our systems, responding to inquiries that you may have about any of our systems, administering your account on any of our systems, enabling you to search information on our systems, contacting you regarding customer service, assessing your needs and interests in order to better tailor offers and/or advertising to you, improving our systems, informing you of changes made to our systems, organizing or carrying out promotional activities or promotional events, conducting research, understanding general customer trends and patterns that inform our marketing and product and service development activities, conducting other marketing and commercial activities. DAM does not sell or rent this information to any third party.
